Auction Terms & Conditions This is a benefit auction to support one of our areas veterens who served our nation proudly in Afghanistan and is now of need of our support. Please bid generiously and support this proud veteran in his time of need. All proceeds from this benefit will go directly to support his family as he is currently unable to work and provide for them as he once did. Thank you for your consideration and geniourisity. Auction Terms:
1. All items will be sold as-is with no warrenty refunds or exchanges.
2. Bids will be by online bidding only.
3. Bidders may preview the quilt at the office of Fairway Independent Mortgage, 3125 Blackiston Mill Road, New Albany, Indiana, 47150, 812-596-0691.
4. Payments will be by credit card only by Visa & MasterCard only & bidders must have a vaild card to register and bid on the items in this auction.
5. The successful bidder will be notified by email and must make their own arrangements to pick up the quilt from Fairway Independent Mortgage.
6. No Indiana State Sales Tax will be colllected for the items in this auction.
7. No other fees or auctioneer's fees will be charged or collected.
8. Items in this auction have been donated by Mrs. Nancy Esarey and a special thanks to ger for her time and generiousity to help make this benefit auction possible.

10. This is a public auction and is open to anyone who wishes to bid.
